Challenge #5

If you are keeping track and trying to add on to previous challenges, this week we will be drinking lots of water again, making-out more often (wow, we should have some pretty happy partners about now!), and continuing our newly discovered activity (or maybe switching to something different).  Our new challenge this week is to add a piece of fruit to both lunch and dinner.  Why?  The Harvard School of Public Health reports that the higher the daily intake of fruits and vegetables, the lower the risk of developing heart disease and cancer.  Also, if you are getting enough fruit you should crave other sweets less.  So, the question really is, “Why not?”
