Challenge #3

This week we are going to add on to last week.  Let’s keep up the ice water in the morning!  Your challenge this week is to try one new activity.  This can be something you do as a family like rent a canoe or kayaks, put up a badminton net  in the backyard, or try a family jog around the neighborhood.  Or maybe you’d like to spend some time alone doing something new; try a new exercise dvd,  grab a hula hoop and start shakin what your mama gave ya, take a Zumba class, buy yourself a set of paints and let your inner artist shine!  Be creative! Make it fun! And don’t forget to report back; who knows, you may inspire someone else to try something they never would have thought of.
